Wardley Mapping opened session: Bring a Problem, Build a Map

If you are a seasoned Wardley Mapper or just a curious about the concept of "situational awareness", this session is for you.

The Format: This is a collaborative, "Lean Coffee" style session. We don't have a pre-set presentation. Instead, you drive the agenda.

1. Pitch: At the start, attendees will propose topics, business problems, or specific questions about Wardley Mapping.
2. Vote: We will quickly vote on the most compelling topic.
3. Map: We will spend the rest of the hour collaboratively building a map around that topic or diving deep into the winning question.

What to expect:

• Practical application of the Value Chain and Evolution axis.
• Group discussion on climatic patterns and doctrine.
• A safe space to ask "stupid" questions and learn from peers.

Prerequisites: None! If you are new, you’ll learn by watching. If you are experienced, come ready to facilitate and share.
