Ehab Badwi is one of the Youth Representatives of the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM), A strong believer in the potential of youth, Ehab serves as founder and president of the Syrian Youth Assembly, a global network of young Syrians around the world.
Mr. Badwi has worked in the past six years on youth and peacebuilding issues at the local and global level where he served as the Regional Focal Point – Middle East and North Africa – Humanitarian Affairs and SDG 16 Regional Focal Point (Peace & Security) for the UN Major Group for Children and Youth.

Sabrina Konzok is a political scientist and holds a M.Sc. in Conflict Resolution and Governance. She focuses on how societies, organisations and networks can be coordinated in order to overcome internal conflicts and empower an innovative ecosystem. The past 13 years she served the Red Cross Red Crescent Movement on local, national and international level. In her last role she was the Chair of the European Region, representing 1,5 Mio. young volunteers from 53 countries. After being Deputy Head of the Youth Department for the German Red Cross, she joined the social startup Kiron Open Higher Education in 2019, leading its’ biggest project with the BMBF.
She serves on the board of the Social Entrepreneurship Network Germany and coordinates the “Social Innovation Capital Berlin” project.
