🍻 Let’s visit the Franconian Beer Festival in Nuremberg together! 🏰

Hi everyone,

The Franconian Beer Festival (Fränkisches Bierfest) in the beautiful Nuremberg castle moat is back! What better way to enjoy the massive variety of local beers than in great company? Whether you are new to the city, want to catch up with familiar faces, or just feel like having a good "Seidla" and some great conversations – everyone is welcome to join!

We will meet up beforehand at one of Nuremberg's most scenic spots and then walk over to the festival grounds together.

🕒 When & Where?

Date: Saturday, June 6, 2026

Meeting Point: At Tiergärtnertor (near the Albrecht Dürer House)

Time: 6:00 PM (we will wait about 10–15 minutes before heading out)

🚶‍♂️ The Plan:

1. Meet & Greet: We’ll gather at Tiergärtnertor for a quick introduction while we wait for everyone.
2. Head to the Festival: Around 6:15 PM, we’ll stroll down together into the castle moat.
3. Enjoy the Evening: We will wander around the stalls, grab some delicious local food and drinks, and find a cozy spot to hang out.

💡 Good to Know:

How to find us: I will post our exact location and how to recognize me in the comments on the day of the event.

Punctuality: Saturday nights get very crowded. Please try to be on time so we don’t lose anyone before we move. If you are running late, just leave a comment here, and we’ll try to coordinate inside the festival.

Weather: The event will take place unless it’s absolutely pouring rain. You might want to bring a light jacket for later in the evening.
