Talk 1: AI & Agent Observability with Grafana Cloud
AI has fundamentally transformed the observability landscape. Utilizing telemetry data as context for ML and LLMs opens up unprecedented possibilities — from fault prediction to fully automated remediation. However, observability is also facing completely new challenges: How do we monitor the work of agents? In this talk, we want to look at both sides using the example of Grafana Cloud, exploring possibilities of AI-supported root cause analysis as well as the theory and implementation of AI & Agent Observability.

Theodor Konopatzki – Solutions Engineer @Grafana Labs
As Solutions Engineer at Grafana Labs, Theodor is acting as a technical advisor to their largest German-speaking customers. Coming from a physics and data science background, as a humanist and Sci-Fi fan, he eagerly follows the developments with and through AI.

Talk 2: Building AI Agents, Minecraft-Style: Build fast, Scale smart, Stay in Control
Most AI agents are demos. Production-ready agents — with real enterprise data, governance, scaling, and full observability into what happens between agents — are a different story. We show how Event-Driven Architecture is the natural home for AI agents and what an Agent Mesh looks like that works model- and runtime-neutral — all the way to fully air-gapped deployments.
