Join us for peaceful, rejuvenating yoga sessions offered by a registered yoga instructor with experience in meditation and pranayam (breathwork) along the beautiful Rhine River in Mainz! 🧘♀️✨
Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a curious beginner, our outdoor classes are designed to help you connect with your body, mind, and nature.
To ensure personalized attention and guidance for every participant, we limit each session to the first 10 registrations only. If you can't join this event after registering, please let us know ASAP.
What to Expect?
- Gentle to moderate yoga flows suitable for all levels (40 min)
- Breathwork and mindful meditation to relax and recharge (20 min)
- A welcoming, supportive atmosphere where everyone can feel at ease
- Sessions held in scenic riverside locations with fresh air, open skies, and beautiful river views. The precise location will be mentioned after registration.
Who Can Join?
Everyone is welcome—beginners and anyone curious about practicing yoga in a friendly outdoor setting.
What to Bring?
- A yoga mat or comfortable blanket
- Water to stay hydrated
- Comfortable clothing suitable for movement and the weather
- Optional: a small towel, sunscreen, hat, or light jacket depending on conditions
Before Yoga: Do's & Don'ts
✅ Do
- Eat a light meal 1–2 hours before class if needed
- Arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in
- Drink water throughout the day
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Inform the instructor of any injuries or health concerns
❌ Don't
- Eat a large meal right before practice!
- Attend if you're feeling unwell or contagious
- Push yourself beyond your comfort level
- Forget to bring water, especially on warm days
After Yoga: Do's & Don'ts

- Rehydrate and nourish your body
- Take a few moments to enjoy the calm and relaxation
- Listen to your body and rest if needed
❌ Don't
- Rush immediately into intense physical activity
- Ignore any pain or discomfort
- Compare your practice to others—every body is different!
