**Welcome to the very first meetup of Berlin's People & Culture Leaders! **

We are kicking off this community with a casual, zero-fluff morning coffee. No slide decks, no awkward forced networking, and no sponsors pitching you. Just real conversations with the people building the foundation of the "Berlin auf 1" movement.
If you are exhausted from trying to manufacture company culture, fighting remote isolation, or figuring out how to keep your hybrid team aligned—you are not alone.
