Let's learn to make authentic and delicious Chinese wonton
from one of our event organizer Jing.
As a side dish, we are going to make summer rolls with colorful vegetables ,nuts ,tofu and whole grains.
This is a small group cooking gathering.
We will meet in person to cook,eat and have fun 🍽🤗

wonton wrapper (wheat flour)
Shiitake mushroom
King oyster mushroom

Ingredients of summer rolls
You can choose the filling of your summer rolls Individually.
Soy sauce
Sweet chili sauce
Peanut butter
Walnut
Carrot
Red cabbage
Leafy green( arugula/lettuce)
Bell pepper
Tofu (smoked)
Zucchini or cucumber
Quinoa (cooked/salt/lime juice)
Store bought rice paper wrappers (rice/tapioca flour )
Some fruits(Optional)

This group size is up to 6 people +organizers
For this small group workshop , we use Misaki’s private kitchen.
If you can’t make it , please sign out of the event as soon as possible
so that someone else can attend.
