This event is about “cooking Vegan salmon(=tofu)"in Moabit.
Some weeks ago I hosted a vegan salmon fillet workshop but this time we are also going to serve it with teriyaki sauce.
Simple ingredients , no lengthy marinating needed😄
This is a small group cooking gathering.
We will meet in person to cook and have some good lunch.
I try to select a recipe that anyone can make easily, quickly, and inexpensively.

We don’t usually cook everything in a same pan so you can skip what you want to avoid.
