😊🌷Let’s welcome spring with a new requested theme🌷
Join us for a fun, collaborative cooking gathering where everyone brings two vegetables to create dishes inspired by Middle Eastern flavors.
Together, we’ll transform our combined ingredients into Middle Eastern–inspired lunch dishes — vibrant salads, mezze plates, grain bowls, dips, flatbreads with herbs, and fresh seasonal creations. There are no fixed recipes, just spontaneous teamwork and bold flavors.

EV olive oil, rapeseed oil, soaked dried-chickpeas, a lot of parsley, aromatics, soy yogurt, some multi-purpose wheat-based dough, tahini (and peanut butter as an alternative), lemons.some basmati rice, a canned brown lentils, fried onion and the most relevant & affordable spices.
(note: my za’atar is not fully authentic made with Europian oregano.)
