ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP:

Sometimes we are fully here — clear, present, connected.

And sometimes we get pulled into reactions, habits, tension, and endless thoughts.

This workshop is an interactive meditation — a bridge between contemplation and interactions.

We begin in stillness — where awareness feels simple and clear. Then we bring this into movement and interaction.

Because presence is not trained only in silence. It is tested when something happens.

In contact. In tension. In real moments.

Here, you may start to notice the gap between reacting and responding.

And in that gap, you might catch a glimpse of a bit more space — and a different way to meet what is happening.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• sitting in stillness and observing what is here
• simple awareness of the body and the breath
• moments of interaction and shared reflection
• a calm and grounded atmosphere throughout

At a deeper level:
We often learn to be present in quiet moments. But life moves.
Here, we explore how awareness can remain — in the body, in contact, in action.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:
Hi, I’m Marco Moriggi, I’m an Coach (Lebens- und Sozialberater in training) and a Workshop Facilitator.
In my work, I create spaces where presence can be explored through the body, through interaction, and through direct experience. Rather than focusing on fixing or achieving, I’m interested in what becomes possible when we stay with what is.
