I’d like to invite you to a special 3-hour Qigong workshop on June 21st at 11:00 AM.

Qigong is one of China’s oldest systems for working with the body, breath, and mind. It offers a simple yet profound way to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself.

During this workshop, we will explore gentle movements, breathing practices, body awareness, and methods for opening the joints and spine. The practice is calm, accessible, and suitable for everyone, regardless of age, fitness level, or previous experience.

Whether you are simply curious about Qigong, looking for a way to relax, or interested in exploring traditional Chinese practices, this workshop is a wonderful opportunity to experience them firsthand.

The workshop will be led by Maria, who spent eight years living and training in the Wudang Mountains of China and has more than twenty years of experience in Chinese internal arts.
