Rediscover yourself through dance, breath, and presence.

In this gathering, we will give our nervous systems a gentle reset. Through movement, mantra singing and breathwork, we open our hearts and come into the present moment.

As the session builds, you’ll feel more vitality, freedom and connection. Toward the end, we’ll let everything flow through free dancing, before settling back into calm awareness to integrate the experience.
