Reiki for Relaxation, Balance and Joy

Effortlessly connect to Holy Fire® Reiki 1 energy. Learn how to release anxiety and pain, improve your health and live with greater peace, ease and joy. Join us in person May 17 for the Holy Fire Reiki Level 1 training class. In this training you will be empowered with Holy Fire Reiki energy through the Level 1 attunement.

The focus of Level 1 is learning Reiki self-practice for releasing stress, boosting your immune system and awakening your body's own ability to heal on all levels. You will also practice the techniques for giving Reiki to others.

This online class is the perfect starting point for anyone interested in energy healing, including: students, nurses, parents, teachers, coaches, artists, therapists, body workers, entrepreneurs and engineers... everyone!

Holy Fire Reiki Level 1 classes are small (limited to 6 students) and open to all. NO prior experience is needed. You will receive everything you need to become an accomplished Reiki Level 1 practitioner in this class:

• The energy channels in your body and spirit will be opened up to the pure, healing energy and unconditional love of Holy Fire® Reiki.
• Through a day of instruction, discussion, guided meditation, practice and lots of breaks you will receive healing as you learn to be a healer.
• You will leave this 8-hour training a Usui/Holy Fire® III Level 1 practitioner, certified and empowered to give Reiki to yourself, family, friends and pets.

Let Holy Fire® Reiki energy guide you in a meditation to help you relax, rebalance your energy and restore your sense of well being. Please join us online April 18 for this event and learn how Holy Fire® World Peace Reiki can help release anxiety and stress and replace it with purpose, peace, health and joy.

All are welcome! No prior Reiki or meditation experience needed. All you need is a quiet, private space where you can sit or lie down to experience this unique form of meditation and group healing energy. Connecting with others makes being camera-ready a plus, although it's not a requirement.

Reiki Masters, Gail Christie and Judi Orlick, will host this event. They will facilitate a Reiki-guided meditation and invite all participants with distance Reiki training to join us in sending Reiki healing energy to the group and the planet.
