Join us for this Women’s Circle in English, exploring radical self-acceptance — the practice of meeting all parts of yourself with awareness and compassion.

Many of us have learned to soften, hide, or silence parts of who we are in order to feel safe, loved, or accepted.

This circle offers a space to gently turn toward those parts…
not to fix them,
but to understand them.

Self-acceptance is not about becoming someone else.
It is about learning to stay with yourself — even when it feels uncomfortable.

Through guided reflection, creative expression, breathwork, and embodied practices, you will be supported to reconnect with yourself in a deeper, more honest way.

Together we will explore:

• The parts of ourselves we judge or suppress
• Guided journaling and inner inquiry
• Creative (art-based) expression
• Breathwork and a guided inner journey
• Gentle movement and embodiment
• Optional sharing in a supportive circle
