Über uns
SeekHealing social health non-profit in Asheville, NC.
We are making meaningful human connections by expressing our deepest fears and life's challenges in a group setting as they arise in the moment to help nurture acceptance. We offer a safe space to be authentic, keeping in mind care and respect for self and others. We offer support however you show up, especially for those that find it difficult to connect in meaningful and nurturing ways. We listen with curiosity and empathy, reflect for clarification, and share impact. We are all seekers with different paths and goals.
We offer Connection Practices, Social Gatherings, Authentic Relating Activities, Listening Trainings, Community Service Opportunities, and more.
Attend a practice if any of these apply to you:
- If you want to experience empowerment, care, and love for yourself.
- If you struggle with social challenges, such as loneliness, anxiety, or depression.
- If you are in recovery or have a friend or family member in recovery.
- If you want to make friends and nurture relationships.
We hope you feel called to join us!
