You bring a blanket to sit on, something to eat and drink or you buy a hot dog or whatever they sell at the venues...!
First meeting point is at the bridge over to Djurgården (Djurgårdsbron), as the bus will be full we walk a nice walk alongside the waterline for about 20min to get to Gärdet!
