Details

Holding onto resentment, judgment, and stories is exhausting work. Unresolved pain and experiences keep the mind stuck in loops, replaying the same thoughts long after the moment has passed, sometimes for months or even years.

This workshop explores what rumination is, how it is created in the body, and how to work with it rather than against it. Through reflection, storytelling, and embodied practices, you will learn how to break those cycles and reduce your obsessive thoughts, so you can take your energy and power back.

This is for you if: You’re tired of wasting time and energy dealing with your rumination and obsessive thoughts. You want to understand yourself at a deeper level. You’re interested in mental health and mental fitness. You want to be in a safe, grounded space, around like-minded people.
