Having grown up in India, Vivek has spent many years exploring yogic philosophy — not just as a practice, but as a way of understanding the mind, human nature, and the deeper patterns of life itself. Questions about inner peace, suffering, purpose, discipline, and awareness have accompanied him for a long time, and he’s curious to explore these ideas together in an open and thoughtful discussion.
