MobRetreat Express (Lübeck-Berlin-Munich)
Details
"How can we work together as a team without waiting, distraction, interruption, or multitasking?" (Woody Zuill, the discoverer of mob programming)
MobRetreat Express is a 3-hour long coding dojo for trying collaborative software development in a mob of 3 people with TDD and refactoring, exploring different mobbing styles in 3 rounds, sharing experiences, and evaluating the differences.
It connects Software Craft Communities from Lübeck, Berlin, and Munich.
Let us discover mob programming together. We try out multiple styles of mob programming in short remote mob sessions. After seeing how the different communication patterns work we share our learnings in a retrospective. This is about learning to play well with others and use that skill to make the best code the collective knows how to make. Unlike a code retreat, changing constraints relate to communication, not to the code.
