We're excited to start off the new year with much love and a new edition of Speculative Futures Berlin. Join us for a Valentine’s Eve special—a presentation with the design fiction group N O R M A L S, who will discuss future relationships and lead a short workshop.
This edition of Speculative Futures will be a bit more participatory than previous iterations, kicking off with a “design fiction” and “future fishing” session lead by N O R M A L S, it will move into a history of romantic relationships and a look in to their far future. The group will also provide a sneak preview of their upcoming release—a hybrid creation that’s part dating simulation and part visual novel, promising a unique experience of romantic desperation that fits in the palm your hand. The evening will close with a Q&A and “speculative speed-dating” session.
