Über uns
We are a group of trail runners that meet year round around the St. Louis and St. Charles greater areas. Runs are typically in the morning and evenings but we also have night runs. Pace and distance will vary, though we'll usually run anywhere between 4 and 8 miles. Anyone is invited to attend and there are no membership fees. Runners are encouraged to RSVP for the runs they plan on attending. If you RSVP but your plans change, we also appreciate you updating your answer to 'no'. <br>
When you create a profile, we highly encourage you to upload a picture of yourself. This is useful for identifying new people when they show up to the runs, and of course, we like to see your smiling faces, regardless! <br>
