Christopher is a hands-on entrepreneur and strategic leader with a proven track record in different industries and a focus on FinTech, online marketplaces and e-commerce.
Christopher is co-founder and CEO of clark.de (http://clark.de/). Clark is Germany's smart insurance partner making it maximum easy to buy new insurances and manage existing contracts. The company launched in June 2015.He is also co-founder of Wimdu, Europe’s leading online platform for private accommodation. In his role as global Chief Operating Officer (COO) he has been responsible for building the companies supply base of over 300,000 listings worldwide and manages Wimdu's operations area with over 150 employees.Beforehand, he has worked several years as Business Consultant for The Boston Consulting Group in Germany, the Middle East and Australia where he advised financial institutions and retail companies e.g. on restructuring/reorganisation and strategy development. He graduated as a Master of Business Administration from the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel and holds a PhD from WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management.
