The 12-Week Challenge: Setting Goals & Achieving Together
Details
This group is designed for a small circle of people who are ready to set a meaningful goal for the next 12 weeks — and commit to achieving it together.
The idea is simple: we meet once a week to create structure, discuss our plans, share progress, and support each other along the way. The goal is to build momentum, stay accountable, and grow through consistent action over 12 weeks.
To join, come with one goal you would like to work toward over the next 12 weeks (or at least an idea of one). Your goal should be clear, realistic, and slightly outside your comfort zone — something that challenges and excites you.
It could be related to:
- career or business
- fitness or health
- relationships
- building a new habit
- trying a new hobby
- expanding your social circle
- taking a step you’ve been afraid to take
- or any personal goal that feels meaningful to you
We will meet every Monday evening to:
- define and refine our goals
- build weekly action plans
- share progress, challenges, setbacks, and wins
- support and motivate each other to keep moving forward
Small steps, consistent action, and the right people around you can create a lot of change in 12 weeks.
P.S. If you’d like to better understand the concept behind this idea, I highly recommend the book The 12 Week Year by Brian P. Moran and Michael Lennington.
Our first meetup will be on Monday, 11 May, at 19:00 at Del Bari (Schweizer Str. 78).
