Brachalmrunde hike

After several days of rain, we’re finally expecting better weather on Sunday — the perfect opportunity to get outdoors again and enjoy a scenic hike together! Our route follows the peaceful Brachalmrunde above Kundl, offering beautiful forest trails and panoramic views over the Inn Valley. We plan to stop at Brachalm for a break/lunch depending on opening conditions and weather.
The hike is about 8 km long with roughly 500 m of elevation gain, taking around 3.5 h hours of walking time.
Starting point: Kundl Klammstraße bus stop at 11:00
Travel details:
🚞 Train REX2 departing Innsbruck main station (Innsbruck Hbf) at 9:50 to Brixlegg, where we will change to bus 605 arriving at Kundl Klammstraße/Unterführung at 10:56
