Agile methodologies are most often used by tech teams to ship new features.

Contrary to the conventional approach (waterfall), Agile approach doubles down on the flexibility of tech teams to be responsive to market and customer changes. Not only tech teams, but entire product teams have started adapting their workflows so they can work hand in hand with the dev team.

An agile sprint lasts between one and two weeks on average and offers less wiggle room for UX designers to practice their own design process. That's the source of complaints from many UX Designers.

At this live event, the Lean Product Innovator & UX Strategist with +12 years of experience, and leader of one of the best UX Design studios in Germany, Bonanza Design, Behrad Mirafshar, will break it down for you:

👉 What is Lean UX Process?
👉 The role of designers in a typical agile process
👉 How can UX designers can be effectively incorporated at all stages of Agile development?
