Unfortunately, stress and burnout are too commonplace experiences, also for us UX professionals. Quite often burnout and stress are treated as personal issues. In fact, the source of the stress and thus burnout lies to a great deal in the system in which people are stuck. So, let's watch out for burnout systems, let's decipher how they work and how we feed them through our own actions, and let's identify the levers to disarm them.
This is not one of our monthly meetups - this one is special!
It is collaborative (organized together with other UX communities), it is interactive and it will be kind of similar to our onsite UX Therapy Sessions - but remote! If everything works as expected, we are going to organize a remote version of the UX Therapy more often after this!About the speaker:
