Markus Pirker is Co-Founder and CEO of Userbrain ([www.userbrain.com](http://www.userbrain.com/)), a platform, that facilitates smart online user testing. He is the right guy to ask things like: What do clients expect to learn from a test? What works well and what doesn’t? At what stage of a development is a test like that useful?
