Many UX designers eventually reach a point where freelancing no longer scales. More clients, more hours, more context switching - but not necessarily more impact. In this talk, I share my journey transitioning from a solo UX freelancer to leading a growing UX practice, including the strategic decisions and lessons learned that shaped the agency I run today.
