• Improve our skills at project, process and product development (Agile or otherwise)
• Many different Meetup & Event Formats (not just another Talk, Pizza and Networking)
• Sharing experiences in an explicit way so others can benefit...as in, we ask you directly instead of waiting for someone to speak, cuz your experiences are just as valuable as an "expert's"
• Understand the Agile mindset better; when it's useful and when it's not
