📍 Route: Erbach – Kloster Eberbach – Altstadt Kiedrich – Erbach
🥾 Distance: ~15–16 km loop

Route description:
We’ll start in the historic wine village of Erbach (Rheingau) and walk through rolling vineyards with beautiful views over the Rhine Valley. The path gradually climbs toward the famous Kloster Eberbach, one of Europe’s best-preserved medieval monasteries and a historic center of Riesling wine production.
After exploring the monastery grounds, the trail continues through forest and vineyard paths toward the charming village of Kiedrich. We’ll stroll through the picturesque Altstadt with its half-timbered houses and visit the Gothic St. Valentinus Church.
From Kiedrich we descend through more vineyards back toward Erbach, completing the scenic loop.
