This class is here to support you.
In this gentle and nourishing session, we’ll focus on releasing built-up tension in the neck, shoulders, and back through mindful movement, deep stretching, breathwork, and moments of stillness. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more open, and more connected to your body.
This class is open to all levels – whether you’re new to yoga or experienced – and especially beneficial for those who spend long hours sitting, working at a desk, or holding stress in the upper body.
