Exploring an idea to achieve contributed SDCs

A discussion around something I’ve been thinking about for a while has recently resurfaced:
After giving it some more thought today, I think I have a basic idea on how to move forward.
In this session I will be explaining a bit of what I learned when I built the SDC Styleguide module and how this gives me an idea regarding how to extend the way SDCs are located and hopefully, provide a path forward to allow developers to share SDCs.
