Wir zeigen, wie das European Business Wallet (EUBW) Know Your Customer – Kundenidentifizierung (KYC) und Know Your Supplier – Lieferantenidentifizierung (KYS) automatisiert. Wir verbinden verifizierbare Unternehmens- und Objektidentitäten mit Data Spaces und souveränen Cloud-Diensten. Fokus: rechtssichere Credentials, Delegationen/PoA, kontinuierliches KYC (perpetual KYC), Revocation und Audit-Trails. Use Cases: Lieferanten-Onboarding, Compliance-Prüfungen (z. B. GwG/LkSG), Zugriffskontrolle in Datenräumen, sowie abgesicherte Interaktionen von AI-Agents.
Standards und Praxis: eIDAS 2.0/LPID, EUBW-Referenzmodelle, Zusammenarbeit mit Bundesanzeiger Verlag und produktive Learnings aus regulierten Lieferketten sowie für PoA für AI.
