Tons of spectators start lining up early along the sidewalks of Pacific Coast Hy. The 1st Marine Div. Marching Band always participates, along with local HS bands. The Base provides military vehicles as parade entries. A significant happening in a significant military town. And good exposure for the Democratic Party and DEMCCO.
