Quick intros (5 min each): what you're building, what you want to build, or what you're interested in right now. Not a pitch. Just sharing.
After that, open conversation. Things like:

• What do you think the real problems are in Korean private education
• Can solutions built for Korea port to other markets
• Where should distribution go — government? Hagwons? Direct to parents?
• Tools, stacks, models you're using right now
• Or whatever other topic we land on

What to bring: Laptop or nothing. Super casual. Just looking to meet people on this journey!
