Each week we Practices to Connect with The Consciousnesses of the planet

  1. Meditation and Visualization: We use meditation to quiet the mind and visualize connecting with the consciousness of all living things. Invite their messages and listen with an open heart.
  2. Nature Immersion: We spend time in nature, particularly in local forests, near water and at our favorite nearby waterfalls. We engage in mindful observation and silent communion with these elements and with each other.
  3. Channeled Writing: Practice automatic writing to receive messages. Set an intention to connect with the desired consciousness and write down any thoughts, feelings, or images that come to mind.
  4. Ceremonial Practices: Conduct simple ceremonies or rituals to honor ourselves and each individual soul that makes up our collective humanity. This might include offerings, prayers, or symbolic actions that reflect respect and gratitude.
