Southern Highlands Pickleball - all welcome
Details
Pickleball is very easy to learn and can be enjoyed from the very first session. Pickleball combines elements of tennis, badminton, and table-tennis using a paddle and plastic ball with holes. Pickleball is a game for almost all ages requiring only reasonable agility and hand-eye coordination.
The rules for pickleball are simple which adds to its enjoyment. It can also be quite a challenging, fast-paced, and competitive game as you gain more experience. Pickleball is especially suited to more senior community members from forty to eighty years of age but is suitable for all ages.

The Southern Highlands Pickleball group is now established for all those interested in learning and playing this highly popular game. Our group exists to encourage members to play and improve, to learn about events, venues, and games of note in the southern highlands area as well as make new friends.
There are now four separate courts to play so there is a maximum of 20 players at each session.
Bring a bottle of water and ideally gym shoes suitable for tennis, basketball or other similar sport. All Pickleball equipment is supplied and the first session is free. Further weekly sessions are being planned and all to be posted on this Meetup page.
