Our group will do a 45-min breathwork session at Point Defiance Japanese Garden, then enjoy ice drinks 9 mins south at McDuffs Cafe.

Begin the weekend reset and remove all work week's BS behind. This is a beginner-friendly event, so we won't be including hums or chants.

Breathwork resets the nervous system, calms the mind and regulates the body.

IMPORTANT if you want to join only for drinks, that's welcome. Just leave a "DRINKS" comment and I'll reserve you for only drinks and no breathwork. Those who want to attend breathwork, please press RSVP. (the 25 max is capped only for breathwork).

Breathwork is often seen to help anxiety and depression but it's lesser known benefits helps such as runners, hikers and swimmers to maintain good/improve cardio system, regulate nervous system over time, helps pilots during a plane emergency landing situations. These are a few examples that are rarely mentioned benefits.

We'll be meeting at Japanese Garden at Point Defiance Park. I'll keep an eye on the weather so we're safe outdoors.

Once we're finished, we're heading for a drinks at McDuff Cafe 9 mins south of Point Defiance. It's beautiful atmosphere to enjoy and relax after breathwork.
