This talk covers the basics of service levels and error budgets. This includes selecting SLIs, setting SLOs and how these feed into a error budget to make decisions.
- Jordan Simonovski (Lendi) - Why Averages don't End Up
This talk covers some of the issues with using averages to monitor our applications and why that will probably be waking you up five times a night.
