When it comes to sugar consumption, us Australians are simply not getting the message. We gorge ourselves on refined sugars, processed foods and snacks laden with chemicals and artificial additives, with about a third of our diet coming from processed and refined sugars. As a consequence, our expanding tummies are suffering and so is our health.
In this class, you'll learn how to transform your favourite chocolate treats into nourishing foods that are rich, satisfying and packed full of raw ingredients. All recipes are free from dairy, wheat, refined sugar and all artificial additives. So yes - you can have your chocolate and eat it too ;-)
