Meeting to Discuss Group Future

Hello Funsters,

This is a rewrite of the original posting.

There will be change. The most notable difference you will see is the number of events I host. The next will be they types of events I host and their frequency. I will not be spending the time and energy on the group as I have in the past. I have averaged over 4 events/week since I started the group. I intend to lower that number to 2. There will be weeks when I host nothing.

You as members have the option of finding other groups that do the things you like to do. Another option is to contribute and host events that you like to do with people you already know.

I'd like those who attend to come with answers to two questions:

• What do you like to do that Meetup groups aren't satisfying?
• What will you miss most should this group whither away?

As for shutting down the group page, that's on hold for a couple months.
