Friends and Members of Kora Sadler's 'The Writer Group' I would like to send out this invitation to 'Toast' Kora at 1 PM at 'The Winery at Wolf Creek'.
I'd like to make this an opportunity for those of you who knew Kora, to step up, maybe write a poem, and read it to us.
Personally, I find The Winery at Wolf Creek to be one of the most peaceful, beautiful places in our State.
Bring your writing/book, and let's spend a little time getting to know each other. There will be a $5 donation fee at the event that will go to cover refreshments, snacks purchased FROM the Winery. Please feel free to bring Pot Luck items, trays to share.
If there are any funds leftover, I will be in contact with Kora's family and those funds will go to any she had, or family needs.
Payments will be made at the 'table'. RSVP starting now. Cash, checks, or credit will be available. If you would like to make a larger donation to "Kora's Fund" please arrange with me in advance.
The Cleveland Writer Academy a 501 c organization will be creating a $250.00 Award in Honor of Kora to go to our Writer of the Year.
The event will be outdoors, and we'll arrange a few tables under cover. Unfortunately Dogs are not permitted. The official event will be two hours, you may stay as long as your heart desires.
