Finance is as easy as rocking up to the bank and signing a few forms but having it suited and structured to your specific investing goals is a whole nother kettle of fish. That's why this month we are lucky to have presenting to us our resident mortgage broker Ben Dale and his boss and owner of Vogue Financial Solutions Kyle Marshall. This months meeting will cover the basics like PI vs IO, fixed vs variable, why cheap interest rates are only a small part of what to look for in a lender, cross-securitisation, and a Q and A session. If all of that goes over your head its even more reason to get to this meeting.It is a great info session as even some experienced investors get caught out by some of the simple things in lending.
