This months topic: Doin' it for the kids!
The cyber world is bringing new challenges for kids as well as thier parents, teachers and caregivers. We are having to help the kids of today navigate an online world that didn't exist when we were younger, which makes it even harder.
This months session will explore a number of topics with the aim of using the SecTalks crowd to develop collateral to present to parents, caregivers and teachers to help navigate some of these issues, along with suggestions on tools they can use to assist keeping our kids safe.
The format will be a little different this month, as there will be no presentation as such. JP will help guide the exercise which will be very hands on. Teams will research different topics and tools, and then collaborate to put it all together so we can publish a community resource.
The organisers are really excited about this, and the potential it could have!
Please spread the word to anyone you might think is interested.
