Where - Sydney Boulevard Hotel - 90 William Street, Sydney CBD, Sydney, Australia

When - You can go to one of either event on Saturday August 29th or Saturday October 3rd. Doors open for each event at 8am and they start promptely at 8:45am and run until 7pm at night. There will be a 90 minute break for lunch (not included.)

Parking and Bus - There is parking under the hotel for $25 per day. There are many bus and train routes that you can take to get to the event.

The Abundance Coaching Life Plan Intensive

No matter where you are in your life span, you need a life plan. Most people spend time planning activities like annual holidays, but give little attention to the outcomes they really desire in the major areas of their lives.

In an amazingly busy world many people drift aimlessly from week to week, and year to year, with no clear destination in mind. The years go by quickly leaving many to wonder ‘what have I done with my life?’ Life is a precious gift and we should all aim to live life to the max.

At Abundance Coaching we believe that everyone can benefit from creating a written life plan. The process involves the completion of a series of sequential exercises or modules intended to help you discover your uniqueness and your unique purpose.

You have been endowed with particular gifts, abilities, characteristics, and desires, which point toward your life purpose. A life plan is not so much something you construct, but something you discover. Why should you create a life plan at the Life Plan Intensive Day?

1. A life plan will avoid something we call “deadly drift”, the danger of letting months and years pass by with nagging thoughts like ‘there must be more’, or ‘life is passing quickly and I feel I may be missing something’, or ‘where is my life going?

2. A life plan will help you clarify your most important priorities. What is important to you? Your employer may set priorities for you, your spouse may have priorities for you, and society generally sets priorities for you. The question is; what about you? What really matters to you? You can gain clarity on where you are at right now and then how to make progress in the various areas of your life such as health and well-being, work and finance, love and relationships, your spiritual life. What do you want in each of the major categories of your life? It is possible to develop these areas in a vibrant, growing and harmonious way, but you need a plan.

3. A life plan will provide you with a road map for accomplishing what matters most. Once you know where you are and where you are going, you are in a position to create an action plan for getting there. It doesn’t have to be complicated, but you do have to identify the key check points and markers along the journey. The Abundance Coaching Life Plan Intensive will help you do that.

4. A life plan will provide you with a filter by which you can say “no” to the things that are less important and possibly counter-productive. As one writer says, “once you have said ‘yes’ to what matters most, you are in a great position to say ‘no’ to those activities that matter less.

5. A life plan will help ensure that you finish your life with few regrets. No one wants to get to their end of their life and reflect, “if only I had…”. While you can’t control everything, you can live your life with a plan and dramatically improve your chances of ending up at a destination you choose.
