Leveraging Strengths in Remote Agile Teams - EMEA and APAC Friendly time zone

Details

Agile ways of working are commonplace in most organisations these days due to their ability to deliver value fast. Whether it be value in the form of a new product or value from an operational function like HR or Finance, Agile teams deliver.

Agile teams are designed to interact with each other daily, and the ambiguous environment created by COVID-19 has made this more important than ever.

Teams already working in an Agile way have been able to leverage the foundation of a collaborative way of working to continue to deliver, even in uncertainty. Many of these teams are very aware of each other's individual strengths and the team's collective strengths, and this knowledge and action have strengthened this foundation.

An established way of working, coupled with knowledge and application of a Strengths-based culture, has enabled these teams to face into and solve issues fast. And do it all remotely!

In this session Emma Sharrock will share how these teams have remained resilient in the face of fast change, ambiguity and remote working, and how you can use Strengths to do the same with your Agile team.

Emma is a highly experienced Agile coach as well as a Gallup Accredited coach, she is the Author of a a number of books on Agile and Leadership. I had great fun recently on Emma Podcast using Strengths in times of uncertainty which you can listen to here https://lnkd.in/gZCgjAF

I asked Emma to share some of her insights and expertise with the wider Strengths Community.
