Dzogchen Meditation
You will be pleased to hear that we are starting a new Dzogchen Meditation course in July 2018. In the meantime you are welcome to join us on Sunday evenings for our regular Meditations sessions. The ancient method of Dzogchen meditation allows the mind, body and energy to rest all at once. Meet up with us to learn guided meditation practices to help focus and calm the mind. All are welcome. No experience necessary. We meet at 6pm at the Clarence Hall in the Institute Buidling at the Clarence park Community Centre (off Canterbury Terrace / opposite the Railway station). Looking forward to seeing you there.

What we're about

The ancient method of Dzogchen meditation allows the mind, body and energy to rest all at once. Meet up with us to learn guided meditation practices to help focus and calm the mind. The course is suitable for those with little or no previous meditation experience as well as those who are experienced. All are welcome to stay on and participate in an ongoing study course where we listen to and discuss recorded teaching on meditation and Dzogchen given by His Eminence Dzogchen Rinpoche.
