Each year, the Australian Government runs a national awareness week for cyber security. Stay Smart Online Week is in it's second year and to take part we will be looking at how we can secure our support team while still giving them the tools they need to get their work done.

They say, "A carpenter is only as good as his tools", so how good are the tools that your team uses to close cases?

In this session, we will take a deep dive look at how having the right support tools to help front line support staff transform from "Catch and Dispatch" call centres in to diagnosing, resolving and closing IT Ninjas without leaving the comfort of your support tools.

We will take a deep dive look at how good Remote Support tools can enable your support staff to diagnose issues faster and even resolve them within your existing support tool, all while reducing risk, security issues and ensuring the ability to audit just about everything.

We will also look at how we can comply with the ACSC Essential Eight mitigation of Restrict administrative privileges all while making the support analysts more efficient and also ticking a lot of the ISO27001 certification controls.
