Deep Relaxation and Meditation have long been known to relieve stress and anxiety and to improve mood and resilience to the day-to-day challenges of life. The practice will allow a deep and slow exploration aimed at nourishing and calming your over-stimulated nervous system. Meditation techniques including Mindfulness, Pranayama and Mantra Meditation, all combine for a unique uplifting experience. You will feel deeply restored and peaceful after each session.
