Deep Peace Meditation sessions, a perfect way to end your busy week.
Included in this Deep Peace Meditation Class is deep relaxation, pranayama (breath work), japa meditation, and kirtan, a soothing meditation to music which will transport you to a state of higher consciousness. We have a lovely ambience at our centre that will give an atmosphere of balance. We ask for a $5 donation and upwards. Namaste.

What we're about

Deep Relaxation and Meditation have long been known to relieve stress and anxiety and to improve mood and resilience to the day-to-day challenges of life. The practice will allow a deep and slow exploration aimed at nourishing and calming your over-stimulated nervous system. Meditation techniques including Mindfulness, Pranayama and Mantra Meditation, all combine for a unique uplifting experience. You will feel deeply restored and peaceful after each session.
