Bizruption - with Robyn Hobbs as the Guest Speaker

Bizruption was created with an idea to bring together small business owners and technologists to fuel discussion to connect and grow. It has proven its worth over the last two events.

This event is gaining momentum with small business owners joining together to deal with the changes in technology and emerge as winners in their respective industries.

This is the third in the series of Bizruption events.

Guest Speaker Robyn Hobbs OAM, who in February 2014 was appointed as the new NSW Small Business Commissioner for a five year term.

Our Master of Ceremonies will be Jessica Wilson, CEO and founder Stashd, she has most recently been pinned by Forbes as one of 1,000 entrepreneurs under 30 to change the world in the next 50 years and spent a week on Necker Island with Sir Richard Branson.

The last event hosted in July where positive energy, laughter was the main focus, this was done to appreciate and recognise the hard work of all the small business owners. This helped the busy entrepreneurs to relax after a long hard day of work. In this relaxed and informal atmosphere, networking became more effective and even more fun.

Since the inception of Bizruption, our focus has been to empower the small business owners, by harnessing each other’s expertise and experience. Using networking as a tool to bring together these innovative minds, Bizruption has helped Small businesses owners realise their own growth potential. Since the beginning, we have been blessed by the support from officials from various Chambers of Commerce not limiting to NSW Business Chamber, Parramatta Chamber, Pyrmont and Ultimo Chamber.

Bizruption is an initiative by NetStripes to help other small business owners promote their business by partnering to sponsor the event or promoting a product or service.
